The seller assures a smooth operation during the warranty period of the complete drive set                        to which the Warranty Card is delivered. 

Seller is responsible for hidden defects in materials.

Purchasers have the right to return fully functioning product (without signs of wear) within 5 working days.

Detailed data are placed in the Assembly Instruction and Operating Instruction which are delivered together with a Warranty Card for the electric drive set (engine or engine installed in to the rim, complete controller, rechargeable batteries and pulse charger).

These documents shall be given to customer by dealer during a purchase or by courier during delivery to customer.
